At now:Cristina Scabbia has left Marco Coti Zelati.....now she taken is with the guitarist of Slipknot.....i dunno the future of that ,for me, good band....but i am not so optimistic..... 
Do you know other infos?....
I am a bit dissappointed.......

Oh come on, don't start to panic. Did you ever see them really "together"? I mean as a couple not as bandmembers. Also I suppose that you don't quit such a long relationship just like that because of another guy, if the relationship was working. Sure, the situation might lead to tensions in the band, but I don't think there's a reason to worry about it now. And after all it's not that they are writing all the songs for the band...

Why would you consider them goth? I don't think their music has much to do with it..?
BTW Marco, there's a new album coming out end of the year

I think it's just hard to say what style they are..I think I would say gothic too. But Eos, what do you think they are then?

I don't like to cathegorize bands in such a way, especially not bands which are so hard to define like LC is. Sure, the might have some aspects of what some people call gothic metal but I wouldn't call them goth. If they would play goth I suppose wouldn't like them *gg*, simply because I usually don't like goth music and the aspects which that genre usually brings. I mean compare Lacuna Coil with for example Lacrimosa (whom I would call goth). Not a lot in common imo. Actually the only thing which Lacuna Coil have in common with goth is that they sing about the negative things in life. I mean they do have female and male vocals but they don't run after that beauty and beast image like all those bands which came after Theatre Of Tragedy. Also their frontwoman is not into that "farytale" stuff like for example Within Temptation. I would dare to call LC "too realistic" for goth. And above of all Lacuna Coil play heavier music (above of all the guitar riffs) than the most goth bands do.

I think you've got a point with that! And I think you're right. Just as you I really don't like to cathegorize bands.. I think it's not good to just label bands..and often it's hard, because a lot of bands got many sides.
So let's say LC = LC

Ho good  ........... ,at MTV Italy Cristina said one time that they don't want to be considered as Goth-Metal ,I dunno laballing band is not so a nice thing but why a lot of bands don't want to fit in the goth department?....

Well actually they were supporting eachother *g*. They were changing with the running order, sometimes LC was on stage first and sometimes Sentenced.
