Yep, and I didn't mean the question like she understood it. I just wanted to know what satanism really is I think that people like that teacher don't fit to that job. First she complained 'cause I wasn't asking anything, and when I decided to make a question she throws me out, that isn't the right attitude |

Well Satanism is considered a religion. There are certain things you believe in and you follow certain guidelines. The problem is that I don't think women would like this religion very much because it is very patriarchal. This is very much a man's religion.
It's interesting though to mention Voodoo, Wicca and Satanism to certain people and then see their reactions. We were warned by our professor that these were very misunderstood religions. And when I mentioned them to certain religious friends they wouldn't even hear me. They had their minds made up and refused to listen to what I had to tell them. And the saddest thing is that they were comletely wrong about their assumptions about these religions. Wicca for example is seen by the church as a sort of satanic religion but in reality it's not. Wicca has nothing to do with Christianity, it's not associated with that religion in any way. Wicca has its roots and tradition in Paganism yet the church in their efforts to establish their religion as the primary religion had to launch a smear campaign against all other religions. Thus Wicca is seen as bad and evil when it is anything but. It's all very interesting and I could go on and on but I won't bore you By the way it is the same with Voodoo--think of the images that come in your head when you think of voodoo but does anyone really know what the religion is about? _________________ Be all that you can be in the Gummy Army! |

| I rarely get any complements... Someone said that I'm open and trustworthy and a very nice person to be with but usually all I hear is just a lot of crap; how I should be and I'm not worth anything, I don't know how to do anything right and so on... |
